I am about halfway through quoting episodes, which is a great accomplishment and it would be silly of me to completely abandon this when I have done so much. With that being said I have decided to change the frequency in which the quoted episodes are posted.

Starting this week and continuing on until I complete quoting all episodes of Good Eats, I will be posting once per-week. The day I post is up in the air and will be decided on a week by week basis depending on what I have going on and when I will have the time to sit with my DVR for a little while.

Once I have completed all of the episodes, I will resume my normal posting format for new episodes. Whenever a new episode is set to air, I will post the quotes on the episode’s actual air date. Until then, it is once per week.

I know that not a lot of people visit this blog so this announcement is probably useless, but I did not want anyone to think I’ve given up on this. I’ve just had to make some adjustments to save my sanity.
